RSS technology pulls information from wherever you tell it. Most feed readers already have a list of information sources that you can pick from. Now everything we are using is free. So I encourage you to set this up on your desktop.

Sources of Information Feeding The RSS Pipeline:

The two primary sources are news releases and blogs. For example, we have set up a blog named Build Profits. The news there is fed through one of our websites. We have it set up so that when information is fed to our blog, it is published so that RSS feed readers will pick it up. Anyone subscribing to our blog or to news that is in the category we publish will see this information.

Information is fed to our blog from two sources: 1.) news from RSS feeds we track and 2.) reports we write based on our experience and information we receive from journals, papers and other experts. We highly  recommend using this approach.
